This new system will require a one-time registartion, whether you were previously registered or not, and it's very simple.

1. On the login page, click where it says, "Click here to be taken to the Registration page." (below the login fields)
2. Fill in all of the fields on that page.
3. Click "Register"

That's it, three simple steps, and you are registered.
