COVID-19 - Resort Operation Update

Here’s the latest information and guidance regarding COVID-19 from Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, the state Department of Health, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

As guidance evolves from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and World Health Organization (WHO), we will continue to adapt our business processes to reflect up-to-date guidance.

Reunion Resort is adhering to current CDC guidance for mask wearing ― for owners and guests, and ACES (employees).

Reunion Resort does not require fully vaccinated guests to wear masks in indoor public spaces. We do ask if you are not vaccinated to wear a mask in indoor public spaces.

At Reunion Resort & Golf Club, the health and comfort of our guests are of utmost importance and we are taking the recommended precautions to protect our resort guests, Club members, and team members. Below are quick links to answer questions you may have:

HOUSEKEEPING & PUBLIC AREA CLEANLINESS

For all Hotel Rooms & Vacation Rentals, we are adhering to EPA-approved cleaning requirements. Cleaning services in guest-occupied units are available upon request with 24-hours advanced notice of desired cleaning time. Trash removal or the need for additional in-room amenities is available upon request. We have heightened our focus on cleanliness in all guest areas. Housekeeping in vacation homes is available at an additional fee. Guests will request this service at minimum 24-hours in advance of desired cleaning time. The unit must be unoccupied at time of service, in keeping with the EPA-approved cleaning requirements.

All employees in food and beverage service are required to wear masks.

Specific hotel/retreat center cleaning processes using an EPA-approved, hospital-grade disinfectant in all our public areas, lavatories, restaurants, and guestrooms.

Increased routine cleaning and disinfecting of commonly-touched spaces and surfaces, including restrooms, handrails, doors, touch screens, and elevator buttons.

Messaging has been placed in public restrooms to educate guests and team members on proper handwashing procedures.

In all restaurants, we have increased the frequency in which we sanitize the restaurant, to ensure that all surfaces and equipment are disinfected above industry standards, our kitchen is taking every extra step to keep everyone safe.

Signage is placed throughout the resort promoting social distancing standards.

RESORT AMENITIES & HOURS OF OPERATION

In an abundance of caution and in the best interests of our guests, Club members and team members, we have made the following adjustments to our operations:

Signature Golf Courses & FootGolf - Remains open for play daily, with access to two courses available on Fridays and Saturdays (Call for availability). Our team is performing complete wipe downs of golf carts after every use and have disinfectant wipes available on the driving range. Our staff will transport and handle guest bags. For special needs, please contact 407-396-3199. Golf Pro Shop hours – Open Daily 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.

The Water Park - Open daily from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm for Reunion Members & Guests only, weather permitting. Please refer to our "Reunion Water Park Status Hotline" to have the most up to date information on the hours of operations and openings and closures due to weather. The hotline's number is 407-396-3758. Lounge chairs will be spaced in accordance with social distancing guidelines and capacity will be limited. Cabana Rentals are available to rent for $175 per day, based on availability. Our cabanas include a shaded area with ceiling fans, two lounge chairs, and a small sofa with tables, plus four water bottles. Reserve your cabana at the water park front desk.

Community Pools – Seven Eagles, Homestead, Heritage Crossing, Terraces, and Carriage Point pools open daily from 8:00 am - 11:00 pm. Centre Court Ridge, Villas North, Villas South are open from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm. All will require room key access. Towels are not provided at the community pools, only the water park. Our rooftop pool remains closed. Hot tubs are currently open.

Miniature Golf - Closed Monday & Tuesday. Open Wednesday - Saturday from 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Open Sunday from 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm. $12 Adults & $6 Kids (4 - 12-year-olds). Kids 0 -3 years old are complimentary. Platinum Members are complimentary also. All Members and Guests must stop in the Tennis Shop to purchase a round on the course and obtain equipment to play.

Fitness Centers - The Seven Eagle Fitness Center is open from 8:00 am - 11:00 pm. A 4-digit code will be required to enter the fitness center, which will be provided at check-in. Traditions Fitness Center will be open from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm daily. Sanitization Wipes are provided to wipe down the equipment before and after guest use.

Fitness Classes - Fitness classes have been suspended until further notice.

The Spa & Salon - The spa remains closed until further notice.

The Tennis Centre & Pickleball - The Tennis Centre & Pickleball remains open for play daily.

Unit Maintenance – Maintenance will be available for emergency requests only from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Mon thru Wed. & 8:00 am to 9:00 pm Thurs. thru Sun. For emergency requests after hours, please contact our security team at 407-396-3130.

Business Center – Open daily for Members & Registered Reunion Guests

Valet Parking – Valet parking is currently not available, self-parking only.

Golf Cart Rental – Golf carts are available on a first-come first-served basis. Contracts will have to be signed prior to rental and carts must be picked up and dropped off at our Grande Bell Stand. Drivers must be 16 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with them when operating a cart. $75 (plus tax) per day for a 4 person golf car, $95 (plus tax) per day for a 6 person golf cart. Renter will be responsible for any damages and a $500 deposit is required prior to rental.

Forms of Payment Accepted - In light of current events, we are taking extra precautions to help ensure the safety of our employees, guests, and members. We are now a cashless resort in all of our outlets. We accept most major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also have made the following changes to our policies. Reunion will only accept credit card authorization forms 72 hours prior to arrival. Any guest booking within the 72-hour window will have to provide a valid ID and credit card with matching name at check-in. You must be 25 years old to check in to a Reunion villa or home.
