Golf is an individualized sport where every student and swing is unique. With this in mind, Reunion teaching programs are adaptable to the specific goals & needs of each student or group. Quick Fix (20 minutes)

Designed to help improve your swing with quick and simple adjustments. Our goal is to seek the “Key Factor” within your swing/stroke that will make the most difference for immediate results.

Play with the Pro

Play with a Pro program offers the Quick Fix lesson, followed by a 9-hole playing lesson, covering all aspect of the game. The Golf professional will play as well, to show some different shot making.

Golf Schools

Corporate Level 1 & 2 (1 or 2 hours)

Create a fun group learning experience with Reunion Golf Professionals. The Level 1 program is 1 hour, Level 2 is 2 hours of fundamental group instruction on different aspects of the game. A great way to interact with pros and colleagues in preparation for your round. $150 per hour per instructor. Pricing based on a 1 to 6 instructor to student ratio.

Short Game School (3 hour)

If you really want to lower your scores, sign up for our comprehensive short game school. Most golfers waste more strokes within 100 yards of the hole than anywhere else. These sessions cover chipping, pitching, distance wedge shots, sand play, putting technique and green reading. Our PGA Instructors will clearly and concisely explain the necessary techniques in each of these critical scoring areas along with training methods to keep improving. All skill levels welcome.
$300 per person

Junior Camp Seasonal (Holiday/Summer)

Monday-Friday 9-12/ Includes lunch

Ages 8-14 experience all aspects of the game. Each day we practice a different skill from putting/chipping, full-swing, on-course experience, rules and etiquette. Instruction followed by fun challenges. Session takes place from 9-11:30, followed by lunch.
$60 per day or $250 per week

Meet Your Instructor. Discuss your overall game and current swing issues.
Your instructor will videotape your swing and use computer analysis to show you the most efficient way to improve your motion.
Full Swing Lesson. Instructor will work on your full swing issues and their corresponding fixes.
Short Game Lesson. Instruction on the short game will include the four key short game shot trajectories that every golf should master (low, medium, high and flop).
Bunker Shots/Putting. Instruction on greenside bunker shots and putting.

Full Swing Lesson. Using the V1 Video System your instructor will video your swing and discuss changes to be made. Implement changes on the practice range with instructor implementing swing changes in all of golf.
Short Game Shots. Instruction on the four key short game shot trajectories that every golfer needs to master (low, medium, high and flop).

1:30-5:30PM Afternoon Session

• Bunker Play. Your instructor will work with you on greenside bu nker shot technique.
• Personalized DVD. Final DVD is created for you. It includes comments and practice tips by your instructor for use when you return home.
• Full Round of Golf. You complete your school with 18 holes of golf on your own at one of our signature courses.

1:30 Afternoon Session

Wedge Play. Instruction to improve your pitching using our unique short game wedge ran ge. – Comprehensive Review. Your instructor will review recommended improvements for all phases of your game and will develop a comprehensive practice plan.

Meet the Pros

Kevin Baker

Director of Golf

Kevin’s career began in North Dakota, where he worked at the top municipals in the state. After the cold weather got to him, he migrated south in 1998 to PGA National Golf Resort where he worked for seven years finishing off as first assistant.

The next stop for Kevin was Palm Coast Golf Resort where he began as the Head Professional and eventually worked his way up to Director of Golf at Ocean Hammock, overseeing six golf courses.

After getting married and starting a family, Kevin decided to move to Orlando to work at Reunion. He has been here since 2002, and has witnessed the transformation of the club from orange fields to the resort as we know it today. Some of the highlights of his tenure here include: He was instrumental in the start-up team setting the foundation and direction for Reunion; he worked to secure the Annika Academy in 2007; he was responsible for securing the NFPGA’s decision to call Reunion home in 2013. Currently, Kevin is responsible for all golf operations at Reunion.


Jake Etherton

Head Golf Professional

Jake began his career as a Golf Cart Attendant at a private club in his home town of Winter Haven, FL., Lake Ashton Golf Club. Working part time and playing college golf at Warner University, he worked towards becoming an Assistant Golf Professional. Jake then moved his career to Reunion Resort in 2012 as an Assistant Golf Professional, and is now the Head Golf Professional.

During his time off, he’s either on a course, or fishing somewhere on the water. Each year he is sure to make time to play in tournaments with the North Florida PGA, and was the winner of the 2015 Assistant Golf Professional Championship.


Alan Bailey

Assistant Golf Professional

Alan Bailey's golf career started in 1996 in England when he turned professional at the age of 18. After three years of study Alan graduated in the top 2% of his class, earning a Titleist and Foot-Joy scholarship, becoming a fully qualified Class ""A"" PGA member in February 2000. He spent the next few years enjoying a successful teaching and playing career with highlights such as winning the Hertfordshire PGA Championship in 2001 and representing Hertfordshire County PGA as a player from 2002 to 2006.

The winter of 2006 saw Alan leave the cold English weather and head for Florida in search of a warmer climate in which to compete.

Alan became a member of the Reunion team in February 2009 and joined the Golf Professional's staff in January 2011. He has built a remarkable rapport with members and guests alike and teaching and playing golf are still very much his passion.

Alan is happily married, has two great boys and lives in Davenport, not far from Reunion. When he's not teaching or playing golf Alan likes spending time with his family, swimming, playing board games, reading, listening to music and watching movies.


Justin Inclema

Assistant Golf Professional

Justin has been in the golf business for 5 years. He started working at Eaglebrooke country club in the city he grew up in, Lakeland, FL. He started out as a Cart attendant which he worked for 2 years. Then he went into the program and became an Assistant Golf Professional. He moved his career to Reunion in 2014 as an Assistant Golf Professional. During his time off Justin enjoys playing golf and spending time with family and friends. In his senior year in high school he was named Player of the year in his district. Justin also competes in the North Florida Section events.


Jubal Jerik

Assistant Golf Professional

Jubal has been an established member of the Professional Golfers Association of America for over 16 years. His expansive golf career includes 29 years in the industry ranging from Head golf professional to notch instructor in both Ohio and Florida.

Jubal's extensive and respected teaching methods have helped hundreds of students flourish, excel and ultimately enjoy the game of golf. His one on one sessions make the golf swing simple and easy to understand with his excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and easy to understand methods. Jubal also specializes in video instruction.

Jubal resides in Florida with his wife Sue. He has competed on various mini-tour events, has an established course record at Tangelwood country club in Ohio and currently competes in tournaments in the North Florida PGA section.


Brandon Lovelette

Assistant Golf Professional

Brandon Lovelette grew up in Fort Walton Beach, Florida where he was introduced to the game of golf by his Dad. He immediately took an interest in the sport and went on to make it his lifelong career. As a teenager, Brandon started working outside operations at a local course in his home town and has since let golf take him around the United States working as far away as California. He has worked in the golf industry at a green grass facility and on the retail side of the business for over fifteen years. He has a true passion for the game of golf, not only for the sport itself but the relationships and knowledge the game presents. Brandon looks forward to growing the game and making golf a passion of yours.


Matt Mortell

Assistant Golf Professional

Matt moved down to Florida in 2014 where he finished his degree and started his career in the golf industry. He started working in the pro shop here at Reunion in 2015 where he’s continued his learning of the system in outside operations as well. He has his future sights set on entering the PGA Program to continue his career even further here at Reunion.

He brings an enthusiastic approach to every guest and member interaction he has. The love for the game and business that Matt displays makes it easy to see his eagerness to learn every day. Matt hopes his desire to grow the game paired with his passion for the resort will make him a successful teaching pro in the near future here at Reunion for a long time.


Eric Sargent

Assistant Golf Professional

Eric is originally from San Antonio, Texas but grew up in the central Florida area. He spent most of his childhood on the golf course as it was part of the family business. After completing his Associates degree at community college he decided to make golf his career. Eric worked throughout the service industry while studying and working under his father, Rick Sargent, PGA at Kissimmee Golf Club.

In 2011 Eric began his work here at Reunion Resort, exceling from outside operations into the pro-shop. His enthusiasm for teaching and love for the game go unmatched. Eric continues to work on his own game and strives to share his passion with others.

Some of his most recent accomplishments include: 2nd Place finish in the 2014 PGA Chapter Championship, 2014 top 10 player of the year NFPGA Section, and qualified for the 2017 Professional National Championship. Currently, Eric is an Assistant Golf Professional and one of the top instructors.

William Tully

William Young

Assistant Golf Professional

Will has been working in the golf industry since age 15. He began working on the grounds crew at Thornberry Creek in Green Bay, Wisconsin where he was raised. In 2010, he made the move to Orlando, Florida to attend the Professional Golfers Career College where he graduated with honors and received a degree in Professional Golf Management.

Shortly after graduation, Will was hired for part time work in the golf shop at Reunion Resort. After a short period he had moved himself up the ladder to where he is today. Will has remained at Reunion Resort for his entire career in Florida thus far.

His ability to communicate with members, and guests, and dedication to growing the game within himself and others has contributed to his success and accomplishments. He enjoys playing competitive golf just as much as teaching. He has become very involved in the North Florida PGA section events and enjoy making himself visible through playing in competitive tournaments as well as with the Reunion Resort members. Whether he is teaching or playing, Will’s love for the game of golf is evident in his daily life which helps those he is working with become more enthusiastic to work towards a common goal.
