As your nuptials approach, your mind may be full of questions. Our weddings team at Reunion Resort has compiled a list of frequently asked questions that will, hopefully, make your planning as easy as possible!

WEDDING OFFERS ACCOMMODATIONS Request Information

How many event spaces do you have?

We offer seven event spaces.

What is the maximum number of wedding guests you can accommodate?

In the Ballroom – For a plated function, we can accommodate 450 guests.

In the Pavilion – For a plated function, we can accommodate 240 guests with a dance floor.

Note: Please keep in mind that the maximum guest count depends on whether you choose to do a buffet or plated function.

What is the smallest size wedding you can accommodate?

We offer intimate wedding ceremony packages for 30 guests or less.

What is your rental fee for wedding ceremonies?

We do not have a rental fee. Instead, we have a ceremony fee of $2,000 to $3,500.

What is your rental fee for wedding receptions?

We do not have a rental fee for wedding receptions. We quote food and beverage costs that we create specifically for our guests and their guest count.

How many hours does the rental fee include? Is there an overtime fee if I stay longer?

Our events are based on 5 hours (1 hour cocktail/4 hour dinner/dance). There is a cost of $350 per hour to extend the event that does not include food or beverage.

What event services do you offer?

Our event services include Catering Services, Bar Services, Set Up, Clean Up, Event Planner, Event Rentals, Get Ready Rooms, Lighting/Sound, Outside Vendors, WiFi and more.

What wedding catering services do you offer?

Our wedding catering services include Cocktail Reception, Buffet, Plated Reception, Dessert/Cake, Stations, Tastings and more.

Can your catering staff accommodate special dietary needs?

Absolutely! As long as we know ahead of time, the kitchen can accommodate dietary restrictions.

Can your catering staff accommodate special requests for religious or social customs of the wedding couple?

Absolutely! As long as we know ahead of time what is needed, the kitchen and other staff can accommodate special requests.

What bar services do you offer?

In our bar services package, we offer an open bar for 4 hours (1 hour cocktail/3 hour dinner/dance) that includes our resort brands. Wedding couples can upgrade to deluxe liquor offerings for an additional $10+ per guest and they can upgrade to premium liquor offerings for an additional $15+ per guest.

What does your sound system package include?

Our sound system package includes a Speaker & Wireless Lavalier Microphone. We will also provide someone from our AV team for setup/breakdown.

Is parking available on-site for guests who aren’t staying at Reunion Resort? Is a valet offered?

Yes, parking is available for wedding guests who aren’t staying at Reunion Resort. We also offer valet service.

What is your weather contingency plan if it rains on our wedding day?

We always have a weather backup plan and we will make the weather call about four hours before the event’s start time.

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes, we do have liability insurance, but vendors still need to provide a certificate of insurance.

Do you allow outside catering?

We do but it must be a resort approved vendor – there are additional fees that apply for the caterer to use our kitchen space. Outside caterers must have insurance and provide us with a certificate of insurance. Also, we charge a plate fee per guest with a service charge and tax.

Is there a food and beverage minimum charge?

Yes, it is based on the number of guests and depends on the space used.

How is alcohol priced; is there a bar/drink cost minimum?

Alcohol is included in the wedding package. If you are doing a cash bar/consumption bar, there is a $750 minimum. If the minimum is reached, then we will waive the bartender fee of $200.

What is your bartender-to-guest ratio? Is there an extra fee for more bartenders?

Our bartender-to-guest ratio is one bartender per 75 guests.

Do you have a decor inventory we can choose from?

Not at this time.

Are there restrictions on what items we can use during the receiving line after the ceremony (i.e. confetti, bubbles, etc.)?

We do have any restrictions on confetti, it needs to be biodegradable. However, depending on what it is used, there may be a cleanup fee.

What security services do you offer?

We offer house security services. For an additional price, we can offer private security services.

Do you provide a coat check service?

Yes, for an additional fee.

What time can my vendors start setting up for my wedding? I Is there any chance they can start setting up the day before?

This is a case by case situation – all wedding setups normally start at 1:00 pm.

Can you provide discounts for our wedding guests’ overnight accommodations? Will you allow us to set up a room block?

Couples will get a custom rate for their guests – we can set up a courtesy block. 

Do you offer airport shuttle services?

We do not offer airport shuttle services at this time, but we can assist with making arrangements.

Will you provide a complimentary room or upgrade for the wedding couple?

We offer Complimentary Luxury Villa accommodations in the Reunion Grande for the newly married couple for two nights.

Is the Reunion Resort property handicapped accessible?

Yes, our property is in compliance with all ADA regulations.
