TRANSPORTATION TO WALT DISNEY WORLD®

Our complimentary guest shuttle departs from Reunion Grande's front drive, taking you to the Ticket and Transportation Center (Magic Kingdom and Epcot) and Hollywood Studios. Reservations, required and available at the AGS Concierge Desk in the Reunion Grande Lobby, can be made up to 2 days in advance and at least 2 hours before departure.

For onsite shuttle service to the Grande, download our Ride Reunion shuttle app to request transportation.

Guests with wheelchairs or mobility challenges should call Florida Bus Service Dispatch at 407-857-8557 at least 24 hours in advance.

TRANSPORTATION TO WALT DISNEY WORLD®

FOR PLATINUM & GOLD REUNION CLUB MEMBERSHIPS:

Disney shuttle service is complimentary for Platinum Reunion Club members. Gold Reunion Club members, as well as extended family, co-owners and accompanied guests of both Platinum and Gold members, can ride for a fee of $8.00 per person. Seats must be purchased at the Front Desk and proof of boarding pass must be provided. A boarding pass, valid amenity access wristbands or your Reunion Club Membership card, and receipt of purchase, if applicable, must be presented to the bus driver in order to board the bus.

Purchase tickets to theme parks and other local Orlando attractions through our concierge. Located in the Grande Tower lobby, our concierge can help you explore all the excitement just minutes away from the resort. If you have any questions, please feel free to give them a call at 407.396.5260.

Resort Shuttle

Our Ride Reunion guest app streamlines internal shuttle requests, making it easier for Reunion Club Members and Reunion Guests to request on-demand shuttle rides within Reunion Resort. This "Uber-like" app allows you to preschedule future rides, request immediate rides, or cancel scheduled rides—all through your personal phone. Additionally, you will receive an estimated shuttle pick-up time, so you won't need to wait outside your home or unit until the shuttle is arriving.
