Planning Your Stay

What are the benefits of booking in a villa or vacation home at Reunion® Resort rather than staying at a hotel?

Vacation is about relaxing and having fun, and that’s so much easier when you have more space and amenities. At Reunion® Resort & Golf Club, all of our accommodations have kitchens and living areas, providing comfort and convenience when you need it. Plus, you can take advantage of all of the amenities we have to offer, including restaurants, 8 pools, water park, tennis courts, mini golf, pickleball,  golf courses, and much more.

Why should I book a vacation home from Reunion® Resort rather than from a third-party rental company?

Booking a home through Reunion® Resort & Golf Club ensures that you will have full and unlimited access to all of our wonderful amenities, such as our Water Park and Signature golf courses. If you are considering renting from a third-party company, please be aware that your access to amenities and services at Reunion may be quite limited. The only exception to this is Reunion Resort’s Preferred Rental Partners homes that have approved amenity access - Jeeves, Magical Vacation Homes, Rentyl and Florida Vacation Homes. Booking through Reunion Resort directly or its Preferred Rental Partners ensures that you will have access to all of our on-site amenities.

How much is parking?

Resort parking is $20 (plus tax) per day per unit. Reunion Resort does not provide RV, boat, or trailer parking. Valet parking is not currently offered. 

Do you charge a resort fee?

A daily resort fee of $40 (plus tax) will be charged to your nightly room rate. Resort fees may vary with larger vacation homes.

What transportation options are available to and from Reunion® Resort and Orlando International Airport or Orlando Sanford International Airport?

At this time, Reunion® doesn’t offer transportation from Orlando International Airport or Orlando Sanford International Airport. However, many car rental and rideshare options are available. Be sure to call our Guest Services Team at (407) 662-1000 if you have questions we can assist with.

How do I book a family reunion at Reunion® Resort?

If you are coming with a small group, booking several villas or homes (or even one or two of our larger homes, some of which have up to 13 bedrooms) may be perfect for you. If you plan to book five villas or homes or less, please contact our Reservations Team at (833) 258-0472. If your group is larger than five villas or homes, please call our Sales team at 407-396-5242 or send an inquiry via email at inquiries@reunionresort.com.

How can I protect my trip with Travel Insurance?

We highly recommend you protect your trip with Travel Insurance.

Travel Insurance provides coverage for personal risks and expenses incidental to planned travel, including one or more of the following:

  • Hurricane, Interruption, delay, or cancellation of a Planned Covered Trip.
  • Loss of or damage to baggage, luggage, or personal effects during a Planned Covered Trip. 
  • Injury, illness, accident, disability, or death occurring during a Planned Covered Trip.

If I need to cancel or change my reservation, can you accommodate my request?

It may be possible to cancel or change your reservation, however, individual reservations vary greatly. Please call our Reservations number at (833) 258-0472 for assistance. Reservations must be secured by a valid credit card issued by American Express, Discover, Master Card or Visa. 

What type of payment methods does Reunion Resort accept?

Reunion Resort is a cashless resort; all reservations and purchases throughout our property must be secured by a valid credit card issued by American Express, Discover, Master Card or Visa. 

What are the cancellation Policies for Reunion Resort?

For Reunion Villas, one night’s room and tax is due at time of reservation confirmation and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.  Remaining balance is due at time of arrival. Reservation must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid deposit’s forfeiture.  If booking less than 72 hours from arrival, the deposit will be non-refundable. Nightly resort fee of $40.00 plus tax will apply. Self-Parking is $20.00.

For Vacation Rental Home & Villas, For direct bookings, A deposit of 20% of the total stay amount (including taxes and service fees) is due at the time of reservation confirmation. The reservation deposit is refundable up to 30 days before arrival. This deposit will be applied to the total amount due, and the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Guests who book less than 30 days prior to arrival the balance is due in full at the time of booking.  Cancellations made 14-29 days before arrival will result in the loss of 50% of the reservation value and Cancellations made 0-13 days before arrival will result in the loss of 100% of the reservation value. Reservations must be secured with a valid credit card issued by American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa.  Proper validation of credit card holder identity will be required prior to arrival. Cancellations must be received in writing. Reunion Resort does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages or forest fires.  In the event of a rental property becoming unavailable through unforeseen damage or circumstances beyond the company’s control, Reunion Resort will seek to offer alternative accommodations.  In the event alternative accommodations cannot be secured or are unacceptable to the guest, the company will refund all monies paid to the company.  This will be the full extent of the company’s liability to the guest and the company will not be responsible for any other costs connected with any such cancellation.  Once a home has been confirmed, the reservation dates and the rental property cannot be changed.  Doing so would effectively cancel the original reservation, and the cancellation policy would apply.  Please note, no refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures or unused days during your reservation.

Is smoking allowed?

While smoking or vaping is not allowed in any of the villas or vacation rental homes at Reunion®, we do have designated smoking areas on the property. Please talk with our Guest Services Team and we will be happy to assist you.  Smoking and vaping is also not allowed inside the Water Park.

Are pets allowed?

Pets aren't permitted in our villas and vacation homes. Certified service animals are permitted.

What is Reunion® Resort's package pricing?

Packages can be sent to the resort and picked up at the Reunion Grande front desk for a fee. A credit card will need to be provided at the time of picking up the package. Packages must be picked up within 30 days or they will be returned to sender.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out time is at 10:00 am. We offer 24-hour check-in in our lobby for guests who book through Reunion® Resort & Golf Club – so no worries if you are going to arrive late in the evening, we’ll be here to welcome you! If you booked a villa with Reunion, you will be able to utilize mobile check-in & mobile key, just download our Mobile App, Reunion Resort & Golf Club.

Can you accommodate early check-in or late check-out times?

To secure a late check-out or early check-in, we recommend you book the full day prior to arrival or on departure to guarantee early arrival and late departure times. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee. If you do not book the extra night in advance, you can request availability within 72 hours prior to the requested date. How do I know if the property we booked for our stay has access to play the courses at Reunion Resort and Golf Club?

Resort Guests whom book directly with Reunion Resort and Golf Club here or one of our Preferred Partners have access to our golf courses. Amenity Access Wristbands are required for those eligible to access our resort amenities. If your reservation is eligible, you will receive details with instructions on how to obtain your wristbands. 

What phone number do I call to make tee times at Reunion Resort and Golf Club?

Tee times are not guaranteed, to book tee time for all three onsite Signature golf courses, the number is 407.396.3199. For groups larger than 12 players or to book tournaments, please email our golf group sales team at inquiries@reunionresort.com. 

What is the dress code? Is there a dress code for non-playing riders?

The proper golf attire at Reunion Resort and Golf Club for men is a shirt with a collar, or mock-neck shirt, with sleeves and slacks or Bermuda-length golf shorts. For ladies dresses, skirts, slacks, or golf shorts with a golf shirt or blouse.

For our non-playing riders, proper golf attire, as outlined above, is required. 

Does Reunion Resort and Golf Club accommodate handicap players? And what does the handicap flag allow me to do?

Yes, Reunion Resort and Golf Club encourages everyone to play the wonderful game of golf. The handicap flag allows the handicap golfer to park closer to the tees and greens to help make these areas more accessible. 

What is the pace of play for each course at Reunion Resort and Golf Club?

The allotted pace of play for 18-holes on each of the Signature courses at Reunion Resort is 4 hours and 20 minutes or less. 

Can someone who is not golfing ride with me during my round?

Ride-along guests are welcomed based upon cart availability, with an additional fee of $40 per cart. 

Are coolers permitted on the course?

No, coolers and outside food and drinks are not permitted. Each golf cart comes with its own cooler filled with 2 waters for the enjoyment of our golfers. Beverage carts make their way around all three golf courses with snacks and refreshments available for purchase throughout your round. 

Are golf club rentals available at Reunion Resort and Golf Club? If so, how much is the rental fee?

Yes, we do offer both men’s and women’s golf sets to rent. The rental fee is $75 per day.

Are juniors able to drive golf carts?

Only golfers with a valid driver’s license may operate a golf cart.  

May I store my clubs at the golf club during my stay?

Yes, we provide complimentary club storage while staying on property. This does include both hard and soft travel cases for our Resort Guests. 

Am I able to ship my clubs to and back home from Reunion Resort and Golf Club?

Yes! Please ship your golf clubs to 7593 Gathering Drive, Kissimmee, FL. 34747 and have them labeled as Attn: Golf Shop. If you need information on shipping your golf clubs, please visit our partners at Ship Sticks here

Does Reunion Resort and Golf Club offer golf shoe rentals?

Yes, rental shoes are available for $15 per day. 

What brand are the rental clubs at Reunion Resort and Golf Club?

Our rental clubs are Callaway. 

What is included with my golf club rental at Reunion Resort and Golf Club?

Included with your daily golf club rental is 14 clubs, a bag, and 2 sleeves of golf balls. 

Am I able to use the practice facility if I am not playing? What is the cost?

Yes, use of the putting greens and chipping area is complimentary for our Resort Guests and Members. Hitting golf balls on the driving range is an additional $20 fee payable at the Pro Shops without a booked tee time. 

Are practice balls included with my greens fees?

Yes, practice balls are complimentary 1 hour prior to a round of golf. 

What is Reunion Resort and Golf Club's raincheck policy?

Rainchecks will only be issues under the circumstances of course closure or emergency. 

Are golf lessons available at Reunion Resort and Golf Club?

Yes. Golf instruction is available at Reunion Resort and Golf Club through our onsite partners at the Golfzon Leadbetter Golf Academy led by golf legend, David Leadbetter. For additional details click here

How do I book Foot Golf at Reunion Resort and Golf Club? What day(s) are available for play and how much does it cost per person?

Foot Golf is held on our Watson Course, Sunday through Wednesday after 4pm. The rates for adults are $30 per adult and $15 for children under the age of 15. 

Is proper golf attire required to play Foot Golf?

No. Athletic leisure attire would be more appropriate for Foot Golf. 

Are golf carts available for rent during my stay? Am I able to use a rental cart during my round of golf?

All rental golf carts for property use can be rented through the Tennis Centre by calling 407.396.5370. The rental carts cannot be used, however, for a round of golf as they are not insured or fully equipped to be used on our three courses. 

Are all three courses at Reunion Resort and Golf Club located at the same address?

No. The Nicklaus Course has its own clubhouse and golf pro shop at 7880 Nicklaus Clubhouse Ln, Kissimmee, FL 34747. The Palmer and Watson Courses share a clubhouse and golf pro shop next to the Reunion Grande at 7593 Gathering Drive, Kissimmee, FL. 34747. 

Can I book a golf tournament or event at Reunion Resort and Golf Club? Who do I contact for additional information?

Yes, golf tournaments are welcomed at Reunion Resort and Golf Club. Below, are listed the contacts based upon the details of your event:

Does Reunion Resort and Golf Club have onsite dining?

Yes, Reunion Resort and Golf Club is home to seven restaurants boasting both casual and fine dining. For a more casual experience both the Nicklaus Clubhouse and the Watson/Palmer Clubhouses have onsite dining available. Our restaurants are open to the public. 

Resort Amenities

What transportation is offered within Reunion® Resort?

Reunion® offers a complimentary on-resort shuttle service so that you can go anywhere on the property with ease. The shuttle operates 24 hours a day! Children must be accompanied by an adult 16 years or older to ride the shuttle. Adults must have a form of identification to verify age. Just dial 0 from your villa or if in a vacation home, call (407) 396-3180 to be picked up. 

What are the amenities at Reunion® Resort & Golf Club? Are any at an additional charge?

Guests who book through Reunion® Resort & Golf Club (or any Reunion Preferred Rental Partners - Jeeves, Magical Vacation Homes, Rentyl, Wyndham, Worldmark and Florida Vacation Homes) have full and unlimited access to our amenities, including our Water Park, three Signature golf courses, on-resort shuttle service, tennis courts, and much more as long as the home you are staying in has amenity access. Please check with the preferred partner you booked thru to ensure your rental has amenity access. Many of our amenities, such as the water park, are included with your resort fee. Others, such as a round of golf, are at an additional charge. Do we need to pay an additional fee to use the Water Park?

If you book your stay with Reunion Resort or one of our Preferred Partners in a home that has amenity access, you will have access to the water park every day of your stay, included with your resort fee. The number of guests who can use the amenities is correlated with the occupancy of your villa or home.  If your unit/home does not have amenity access you will not be able to purchase passes to the water park. 

Do I need a wristband to enter the Water Park?

All eligible guests visiting the waterpark must have an approved wristband (Reunion or WVO/Worldmark wristband)  that is provided to approved renters/guests at the Reunion Grande front desk (7593 Gathering Drive).   This process should be explained to you when staying within Reunion Resort if you are staying in a home/unit with amenity access.  Wristbands cannot be picked up at the waterpark.  Wristbands must be worn when entering and enjoying the Waterpark and cannot be shared.  Reunion Club Members can show their membership card for access to the Water park and do not need a wristband.

Can you rent cabanas or umbrellas at the Water Park?

Umbrellas and lawn chairs are available at the water park at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Cabanas are available to rent and include a covered area, sofa that seats 4, 2 lounge chairs, 2 end tables, ceiling fan, outlet, lazy river tubes, aloha service from our bartenders. Please visit our Water Park page for up to date pricing. Reserve your cabana by calling the water park at 407-396-3048.  

Are child-sized life jackets available at the Water Park or at the resort’s pools?

We do not have life jackets available at the Water park, but we do have floatation devices that can be purchased at the parent or guardian's discretion. We recommend parents bring their own swim floaties to the park. The Water Park does not have lifeguards on duty. Guests can bring their own tubes to float in the lazy river, as long as they are a reasonable size. 

Are pool towels available at the Water Park and at Reunion’s® pools?

Pool towels are available when you check in to the Water Park. While there are no towels at the other resort pools, each villa and rental home has pool towels that you may bring to the pools.  All Water park towels must be returned before leaving the water park, towels cannot leave the water park.

Are all areas of the resort handicapped accessible, including pools and the water park?

We offer ADA-compliant lodging based on availability; please consult with our staff at 833.258.0472 so that we can assist you in finding accommodations that best fit your needs. Regarding our water-based amenities, our water park has a zero-entry pool and we provide water wheelchairs if needed. In addition, our Cove pool has a lift for the hot tub. Reunion® Resort & Golf Club is fully compliant with the standards set forth by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

If guests with wheelchairs or mobility challenges wish to use free transportation to Walt Disney World, we are happy to accommodate you. However, we ask that you call (407) 662-1000 at least 72 hours in advance to make a reservation.

Are the pools heated?

For your comfort, the Reunion pools (as well as the water park) are heated to approximately 80 degrees during cooler weather months. For private home pools, heat is available at a daily fee for most homes. Once the heat is turned on, it may take up to 12 hours to heat the pool. In order to heat the spa in private homes, the same fees apply as heating the pool. Please keep in mind, during cooler weather, the pool heater may not reach the desired temperature as it is subject to ambient air temperatures.

Is there a gym or fitness center at Reunion® Resort?

Yes, there is a fitness center at Reunion®. Guests who book through Reunion® Resort & Golf Club may use the facility at no additional charge (included with your resort fee).

Villa and Vacation Home Amenities

Do all Reunion® Resort vacation home rentals and villas have kitchens?

Yes, all Reunion® Resort & Golf Club accommodations are equipped with full kitchens. While you may or may not wish to cook while on vacation, the convenience of a kitchen in your villa or home will be appreciated!

Do all Reunion® Resort vacation home rentals and villas have a washer and dryer?

Yes, all Reunion® Resort & Golf Club accommodations are equipped with a washer and dryer either in the unit or in the building.

Do all Reunion® Resort & Golf Club vacation home rentals and villas have free Wi-Fi?

All villas and vacation homes booked through Reunion® Resort & Golf Club have Wi-Fi, included with your resort fee.

Do you have baby items such as cribs and highchairs available for Reunion® guests?

We do offer complimentary pack-n-plays for Reunion guests upon request. If you would like to request a pack-n-play for your upcoming visit, please reach out to us at 833-258-0472 or complete the Plan Your Stay form and we will note the request on your reservation. If you would prefer a full-sized crib or need other baby items, such as a highchair, we suggest that you contact Derenter at (407) 952-6222 or derenter.com. They offer delivery and pickup service.

I need to book a vacation home or villa that is handicapped accessible. Do you have options for me?

Yes, we do have handicapped accessible options as well as units suited to guests with hearing impairment. Please call (833) 258-0472 so that we can find accommodations that fit your needs. Reunion® Resort & Golf Club is fully compliant with the standards set forth by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Local Attractions

How far is Reunion® from Orlando’s theme parks?

Walt Disney World’s theme parks are 6 miles from Reunion® Resort & Golf Club. SeaWorld Orlando is 15 miles from our property and Universal Orlando is approximately 20 miles from Reunion®. There are multiple routes you can take, depending on which theme park you plan to visit. We suggest using Google Maps on your phone or GPS to determine the quickest route at the time.

Do you sell tickets to theme parks and attractions at Reunion Resort?

Orlando theme park, attractions, and dinner show tickets are available through our website. Purchase tickets here.

Do you offer transportation to the theme parks?

Reunion Resort is proud to provide free scheduled transportation from the Reunion Grande front-drive to Walt Disney World’s Transportation and Ticket Center - from there, you can access the monorail or Disney buses to reach any Disney attraction. Book Transportation Here.

At this time, Reunion does not offer transportation to non-Disney theme parks such as SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Orlando. However, our onsite concierge, AGS, located in the Reunion Grande Lobby will be happy to assist you with transportation services. Concierge hours are from 8am-1pm daily. Of course, you can always utilize Uber or Lyft rideshare options from your phone.

Where can I go shopping nearby?

You’ll find our retail shop conveniently located inside The Grande with an excellent selection of toiletries, snacks, drinks, and souvenir apparel. Avid shoppers will also want to check out the Mall at Millenia as well as the Orlando Premium Outlets (two locations: one on Vineland Avenue, the other on International Drive).
