Why should I book a vacation home from Reunion® Resort rather than from a third-party rental company?
Booking a home through Reunion® Resort & Golf Club is the only way to ensure that you will have full and unlimited access to all of our wonderful amenities, such as our water park and signature golf courses. If you are considering renting from a third-party company such as Jeeves, Encore Resort at Reunion, Magical Vacation Homes or others, please be aware that your access to amenities and services at Reunion may be quite limited. What are the benefits of booking in a villa or vacation home at Reunion® Resort rather than staying at a hotel?
Vacation is about relaxing and having fun, and that’s so much easier when you have more space and amenities. At Reunion® Resort & Golf Club, all of our accommodations have kitchens and living areas, providing comfort and convenience when you need it. Plus, you’ll have all the amenities of a fine hotel, including restaurants, in-room dining service, 11 pools, our water park, tennis courts, golf courses and much more.
What are the amenities at Reunion® Resort & Golf Club? Are any at additional charge?
Guests who book through Reunion® Resort & Golf Club have full and unlimited access to our amenities, including our water park, three signature golf courses, on-resort shuttle service, spa, tennis courts, in-room dining and much more. Many of our amenities, such as the water park, are included with your resort fee. Others, such as spa services or a round of golf, are at additional charge. Do we need to pay an additional fee to use the water park?
If you book your stay at a Real Reunion® villa or home through our official website, you will have access to the water park every day of your stay, included with your resort fee. The number of guests who can use the amenities is correlated with the occupancy of your villa or home. So, for example, if the villa or home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests, you may bring up to 8 people. Using the same example, if you have only 6 people staying in a unit that can accommodate 8, you could bring two additional guests with you to the water park.
How far is Reunion® from Orlando’s theme parks?
Walt Disney World’s theme parks are 6 miles from Reunion® Resort & Golf Club. SeaWorld Orlando is 15 miles from our property and Universal Orlando is approximately 20 miles from Reunion®. There are multiple routes you can take, depending on which theme park you plan to visit. We suggest using Google Maps on your phone or GPS to determine the quickest route at the time.
Do you offer transportation to the theme parks?
While Reunion® Resort & Golf Club does not offer shuttle service to the theme parks, we are happy to assist you with transportation services, if needed – just request help from our Guest Services Team. Of course, you may already have access to Uber or Lyft rideshare options from your phone.
What transportation is offered within Reunion® Resort?
Reunion® offers a complimentary on-resort shuttle service so that you can go anywhere on property with ease. The shuttle operates 24 hours a day! Just dial 0 from your villa or vacation home and ask to be picked up or call 407.396.3180 from your mobile phone.
What transportation options are available to and from Reunion® Resort and Orlando International Airport or Orlando Sanford International Airport?
At this time, Reunion® doesn’t offer transportation from Orlando International Airport or Orlando Sanford International Airport. However, many car rental and rideshare options are available. Be sure to call our Guest Services Team at 407.662.1000 or complete the Plan Your Stay form if you have questions we can assist with.
Do all Reunion® Resort vacation home rentals and villas have kitchens?
Yes, all Reunion® Resort & Golf Club accommodations are equipped with full kitchens. While you may or may not wish to cook while on vacation, the convenience of a kitchen in your villa or home will be appreciated!
Do all Reunion® Resort vacation home rentals and villas have a washer and dryer?
Yes, all Reunion® Resort & Golf Club accommodations are equipped with a washer and dryer either in the unit or in the building.
Do all Reunion® Resort & Golf Club vacation home rentals and villas have free Wi-Fi?
All villas and vacation homes booked through Reunion® Resort & Golf Club have Wi-Fi, included with your resort fee.
Is there a gym or fitness center at Reunion® Resort?
Yes, there is a fitness center at Reunion®. Guests who book through Reunion® Resort & Golf Club may use the facility at no additional charge (included with your resort fee). The fitness center also offers yoga, Tai Chi and dance fitness classes for $10 per class.
Are pets allowed?
We love pets (and we would love to chat about yours and see their photos) but unfortunately, pets aren’t permitted in our villas and vacation rental homes. Certified service animals are permitted. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
Is smoking allowed?
While smoking is not allowed in any of the villas or vacation rental homes at Reunion®, we do have designated smoking areas on property. Please talk with our Guest Services Team and we will be happy to assist you.
Is it OK to have visitors when you stay at Reunion® Resort & Golf Club?
Yes, Reunion® Resort & Golf Club guests are allowed to have visitors, and, in most cases, they can use our resort amenities on the day they are visiting. For example, if you book a vacation rental home that sleeps 8 people and you have only 6 with you, it will be possible for you to extend free access to our resort amenities to two visitors. Please contact Guest Services with any specific questions; we will be happy to assist you.
Is food delivery available from the resort’s restaurants?
Yes! Whether you would like a snack or a full meal, in-room dining (delivered to your villa or vacation rental home) is available from 6:30 am - 11:00 pm daily. View In-Room Dining Menus.
Do we need reservations for the restaurants at Reunion® Resort & Golf Club?
Dinner reservations are available for dinner at Eleven, our signature steakhouse, at Forte, our Italian bistro, and at Traditions Restaurant, serving American regional cuisine. We do recommend reservations for Eleven, in particular. You may make reservations for breakfast, lunch or dinner at our Clubhouse. Make reservations here or call 407.662.3463.
Is there a charge for the water park?
Guests who book their stay through Reunion® Resort & Golf Club have free and unlimited access to the water park during its regular hours. Your kids will love it! Please note that if you choose to book through a third-party vendor, you may not have access to the water park, or that access may be extremely limited and at an additional charge.
Can you rent cabanas or umbrellas at the water park?
Umbrellas and lawn chairs are available at the water park at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Cabanas are available to rent for $125 per day and include a covered area, two lounge chairs, two sitting chairs, four bottles of water and a fruit plate. Reserve your cabana at the water park front desk.
Are pool towels available at the water park and at Reunion’s® pools?
Pool towels are available when you check in to the water park. While there are no towels at the resort pools, each villa and rental home has pool towels that you may bring to the pool.
Are child-sized life jackets available at the water park or at the resort’s pools?
Life jackets are available for children at our water park on a first-come, first-served basis and are complimentary. Life jackets are not available at the resort pools.
Are the pools heated?
For your comfort, during cool weather, the Reunion pools (as well as the water park) are heated to approximately 10 degrees warmer than the outside air.
Where can I go shopping nearby?
You’ll find our retail shop conveniently located inside The Grande with an excellent selection of toiletries, snacks, drinks and souvenir apparel. Avid shoppers will also want to check out the Mall at Millenia as well as the Orlando Premium Outlets (two locations: one on Vineland Avenue, the other on International Drive).
How do I book a family reunion at Reunion® Resort?
If you are coming with a small group, booking several villas or homes (or even one or two of our larger homes, some of which have up to 13 bedrooms) may be perfect for you. If you plan to book five villas or homes or less, please contact our Reservations Team at 833.258.0472. If your group is larger than five villas or homes, our Catering Team will be happy to assist you; please call 407.396.5200.
Is parking free at the resort?
Self-parking is included in your resort/access fees. If you choose to valet park, there is an additional charge of $30 per day.
Can you watch the fireworks from the roof deck at The Grande? Do you need reservations?
Yes, you may watch the nightly Disney fireworks from the roof top at The Grande. You don’t need reservations to watch the fireworks, but the space is based on availability. If the area reaches maximum occupancy, the resort staff must limit the number of people. We highly recommend making a dinner reservation at Eleven, our signature steakhouse, prior to the fireworks. It will be a night to remember!
Do you have baby items such as cribs and high chairs available for Reunion® guests?
We do offer complimentary pack-n-plays for Reunion guests upon request. If you would like to request a pack-n-play for your upcoming visit, please reach out to us at 833.258.0472 or complete the Plan Your Stay form and we will note the request on your reservation. If you would prefer a full-sized crib or need other baby items, such as a highchair, we suggest that you contact Derenter at 407-952-6222 or derenter.com. They offer delivery and pickup service.
I need to book a vacation home or villa that is handicapped accessible. Do you have options for me?
Yes, we do have handicapped accessible options as well as units suited to guests with hearing impairment. Please call 833.258.0472 so that we can find accommodations that fit your needs. Reunion® Resort & Golf Club is fully compliant with the standards set forth by the American with Disabilities Act.
Are all areas of the resort handicapped accessible, including pools and the water park?
We offer ADA-compliant lodging based on availability; please consult with our staff at 833.258.0472 so that we can assist you in finding accommodations that best fit your needs. Regarding our water-based amenities, our water park has a zero-entry pool and we provide water wheelchairs, if needed. In addition, our Cove pool has a lift for the hot tub. Reunion® Resort & Golf Club is fully compliant with the standards set forth by the American with Disabilities Act.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out time is at 11:00 am. We offer 24-hour check-in in our lobby for guests who book through Reunion® Resort & Golf Club – so no worries if you are going to arrive late in the evening, we’ll be here to welcome you!
Can you accommodate early check-in or late check-out times?
Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, based on availability at the time of your arrival or departure. Late check-out has an associated fee of $25 per hour for villas and $100 per hour for homes between noon and 3:00 pm. If you wish to check out later than 3:00 pm an additional night is charged.
If I need to cancel or change my reservation, can you accommodate my request?
It may be possible to cancel or change your reservation, however, individual reservations vary greatly. Please call our Reservations number at 833.258.0472 for assistance.

Do you have a concierge? What can he or she assist me with?
Our Guest Services Team in the lobby of The Grande will be happy to assist you with any on-property reservations or questions, such as dining reservations and tee times. Within our lobby, we also have an Expedia concierge who can help you with theme park and attractions tickets, or you may go to firstname.lastname@example.org if you prefer to purchase them online.
